Description

Each large feather suncatcher is unique, based on my own drawing on the glass. Each feather is individually cut to shape and assembled using the Tiffany (copper foil) technique. The choice of glass includes transparent, opaque and iridescent styles in shades of blue, green, purple, white or pink. Each feather has a twisted wire hanging loop allowing you to hang it from a nail, a suction hook on a window, under a lamp or even in the garden to catch the light. Some feathers will have beads or charms attached. Take a look through the photos to see how light affects the iridescent glass – some of them become transparent with the light behind them!
