It has a lead base which allows it to sit on a window sill gently leaning against the glass; no need to hang and put nails in your window frames. Each one is different, as you can see in the photos. I use the tiffany (copper foil) technique where each piece is surrounded by a very thin layer of copper foil that the solder then adheres to.

]]> A one-off hand made skyline stained glass suncatcher with a beautiful selection of transparent, opaque, iridescent and textured glass. It has a solid base that allows it to sit on a window sill gently leaning against the glass; no need to hang and put nails in your window frames. Each one is different, but all will include a selection of beautiful glass. If you want a particular colour focus, drop me a note when you place your order.  I use the tiffany (copper foil) technique where each piece is surrounded by a very thin layer of copper foil that the solder then adheres to.

Each one is between 22 and 25 cm long, and between 11 and 13 cm tall. They will be packaged securely for posting safely.

They will bring light and colour to your room, regardless of how much sunlight it gets. I love to have these suncatchers in north facing windows even though they rarely get direct sunlight.

]]> Each large feather suncatcher is unique, based on my own drawing on the glass. Each feather is individually cut to shape and assembled using the Tiffany (copper foil) technique. The choice of glass includes transparent, opaque and iridescent styles in shades of blue, green, purple, white or pink. Each feather has a twisted wire hanging loop allowing you to hang it from a nail, a suction hook on a window, under a lamp or even in the garden to catch the light. Some feathers will have beads or charms attached. Take a look through the photos to see how light affects the iridescent glass – some of them become transparent with the light behind them!

This is based on my own design and each one is unique as I don’t use templates; I draw freehand on the glass before cutting the shape. Perfect valentines gift, or just to say I love you.

Each heart is between 10 and 15 cm high.
